Apply cold compress
If you have very sensitive skin, cold compresses can help calm the skin and reduce the redness that often occurs after waxing. Moisturize the skin

During the first few days, choose a gentle, fragrance-free topical moisturizer with specific ingredients to battle the post-waxing skin woes. Exfoliate after a few days
It is safe to exfoliate your skin a couple of days after waxing once your pores have healed and closed. Opt for mild exfoliating products that are not harsh against the skin and will not damage the skin’s protective barrier.
